Usama Siddiq is a Pakistani singer-songwriter and producer. He currently resides in Berlin. His latest release, ‘In Hindsight’, is the first of three volumes from his debut album ‘Back to the Basics’.
The album is a melting pot of a diverse set of timeless musical influences including rock, folk, blues, pop and even a bit of country! At the same time, the compositions invoke a subliminal sensation of originating from the east, which can be felt in the percussions, vocalisations, time-signatures and arrangements.
